With each of us spending a significant 1/3rd of our day at work and another 1/4th travelling for it we are left with very little time for ourselves.

With just 15 minutes, this Desk Yoga module helped employees relax and rejuvenate while at their desk. And what more, it was great fun when the team that works together, worked out together.
