Management Team
Syncremedies is backed by a strong leadership team that has experience in witnessing and dealing with patients and their long drawn sufferings. With exposure to on-ground reality, patient-centric mind-set, focus on clinical efficacy and proficiency in technology; Syncremedies founding team has developed an integrated medicine platform that will enable patients take on their path to better health.
Dr. Arjun Rao
Dr. Arjun studied medicine in Davangere, followed by surgical training at St John’s Hospital, Bangalore and Apollo Hospital, Chennai.
After getting his MBA in Boston, he led initiatives to improve the quality of care and clinical effectiveness at pioneer institutions like Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and Stanford Hospital in California.
Syncremedies is his earnest effort to find all the knowledge that is out there and bring it to the patient.

Mr. Sanjeet Kumar
Mr. Sanjeet has a degree in Science followed by an extensive 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry. Sanjeet’s career spans across the healthcare spectrum ranging from hospitals, insurance providers and pharmaceutical companies. His experience includes leading Sales and Business Development teams at Dr.Agarwal’s Eye Hospital and Stiefel India amongst others.
With his overall understanding of the industry and flair for customer management, Sanjeet heads the Client Management and Development efforts at Syncremedies

Dr Archana Naidu Komandur
Dr Naidu was instrumental in designing and launching Syncremedies.Dr. Naidu is a practising dentist in California and has spent too many hours listening to complex long drawn medical histories of her patients, to not do anything about it. Dr Naidu has always taken a keen interest in patients’ health and trying to help people live a more comfortable life.
Pooja Prakash Rao
Ms. Pooja graduated in B.E. Biotechnology from RVCE, post which she has worked with Deloitte Consulting and BiOZEEN. She went on to pursue her Healthcare Executive Management Program from IIMC before joining Syncremedies.
Pooja has been instrumental in running Syncremedies in its efforts to make a difference to the healthcare industry. She has served as a Co-founder & COO for 3 years and continues to support as an Advisor now.
